●  研究兴趣、领域：

主要运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等多学科手段，通过类器官技术和小鼠模型等研究肠、胃等成体干细胞自我更新和分化的机制；同时探索TGF-β和Wnt信号调控细胞命运的分子机制及其相关疾病发生发展的机理。
